These Terms and Conditions govern the use of theridge.territechnologies.com, a race and event registration platform operated by Terri Technologies. By registering for any event on this platform, you agree to these Terms.
Users are not required to create accounts to use this platform. Participants register directly for events by completing the event registration form. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.
By registering for an event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of Zimbabwe.
Registration is confirmed once the registration form is submitted and any applicable payment has been successfully processed. Event organizers may modify event details including dates, locations, and categories.
Certain events require payment of registration fees through third-party payment providers. Registration is only confirmed after successful payment.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the event organizer. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the organizer will determine refund or transfer options.
By registering, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the event and understand the risks associated with sporting activities.
Participation in races and sporting events involves inherent risks. By registering, you accept these risks and agree that participation is voluntary.
The platform collects personal information necessary for event administration, communication, and safety in accordance with applicable Zimbabwean data protection laws.
Participants agree that photographs or videos taken during events may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law, Terri Technologies shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in events or use of the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Zimbabwe.
